The ASJA Virtual conference held April 20-24, 2026, will have three tracks: Journalism, Books and Content writing with 12 50-minute sessions per track. There will be, three keynotes (one per day) as well as networking and social experiences.

Sessions will run from 11:00 am to 6 or 7 pm EST. Attendees who cannot attend live will be able to watch recordings for a limited time. Our signature event, Client Connections will be held April 23 and 24.

Applications for scholarships to the ASJA Virtual conference are now open, and this year ASJA expects to offer up to 12, including two for ASJA members and 10 for nonmembers. Find out more and fill out the scholarship application form here.

2026 Conference Registration Fees

The 2026 ASJA conference takes place virtually. Fees are as follows:

• Extra Early Bird rate, available Dec. 1 to 15 (extended to Dec. 19): $199 for ASJA members only
• Early Bird rate, available Dec. 20 to Feb. 15: $259 for members, and $329 for nonmembers
• Regular rate, available Feb. 16 to April 5: $309 for members, and $379 for nonmembers
• Late registration, available after April 6: $329 for members, and $399 for nonmembers
• Client Connections: $79 bundled with 2026 conference registration, $139 Client Connections only

Members at all levels–including professional, associate or retired–must renew their membership for 2026 in order to be eligible for the extra early bird, early bird, or any other ASJA member rate.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will be provided for requests made in writing to asjaoffice@asja.org no later than March 20, 2026. No refunds will be granted after that date.
