I’m an award-winning writer and editor who enjoys exploring and writing about a wide range of topics, from science and medicine to the arts and travel. I’m a neophile who thrives on learning new things to enrich my work and my life. I have particular expertise and experience in science and medicine, but I’ve also written about subjects as diverse as mystery societies, close-up photography, and profiles of fascinating people. One my most enjoyable experiences was studying comedy sketch writing at the Second City’s Training Center and developing and executing a sketch comedy review.
