Award-winning travel writer and editor

As a travel editor/producer at USA TODAY, I launched their digital travel sites. I am an award-winning, experienced travel writer, a family travel guru, and the author of 29 family travel books, including two for National Geographic. However, I write about more than family travel. My work appears in Frommers.com, the Washington Post, Creators Syndicate, Epoch Times, the Washingtonian, and many other outlets.

My content marketing articles appear on several sites, including blogs for Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean.  I am an award-winning travel writer, editor, and author. Find out more about me at www.greatfamilyvacations and follow me on Instagram @CandyceStapen and on Twitter and Facebook @Familyitrips. room embraces a diversity of clientele — hotel guests, women celebrating birthdays,
romantic couples and bridesmaids — but just a few kids. Chalk that up to the price.

moment for months, cruising past this dazzling sight on our first full day onboard Royal
Caribbean’s Radiance of the Seas® reinforced that our family Alaska cruise was the
best choice for us.
