ASJA 2026 Virtual Client Connections Registration

Thank you for participating in ASJA’s Client Connections 2026 — A Virtual Event! (CC26). Hosted by the American Society of Journalists and Writers (ASJA) for more than two decades, we have affectionately dubbed this signature event “speed dating for clients and writers.” With a membership of more than 700 nationally-published freelance journalists, authors and content strategists, ASJA is the nation’s leading organization of independent nonfiction writers. Client Connections gives clients like you the opportunity to meet directly with ASJA’s professionals who have decades of writing experience.

The virtual event is free to attend, but registration is required. Here are all the details.

WHEN:
· Thursday, April 23, 2:00-5:00 p.m. ET
· Friday, April 24, 2:00-5:00 p.m. ET

You choose which day or days and times you can join us.

HOW:
Virtual through the AirMeet platform

PROCESS:
Clients meet virtually with each writer for nine minutes; there is a one-minute break between each meeting and a 10-minute break at the top of each hour.

To ensure you meet with writers who have the expertise you are seeking, when registering, please specify the skills your outlet requires as well as information about your publication or company. Please include what you pay your writers. The more details you provide, the better the match. You are not obligated to hire the writers you meet.
