Christine Arata

Christine Arata is a native San Franciscan. She has a B.A. in Anthropology with a minor in Film. She wrote her first published article in 2011. She then earned a Certificate in Personal History Writing and began a memoir business. Later, she founded a website devoted to cats, art and culture. She became a journalist/writer/author. Her newest website is about St. Hildegard of Bingen.

With a beginning focus on memoir, she self-published an e-book in 2018 and in 2020 one of her essays was published by Bordighera Press. She has written several other essays, articles, and film reviews, all published online. Through self-designed blog sites and social media, she maintains an online presence. She loves books, films and all other art forms.
