Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities

Working on a project or with a committee is one of the best ways to establish long-lasting connections with fellow freelance writers.

Volunteering with ASJA can be an investment in your career. When members share their time and energy, they’re also networking with other members, as well as potential clients, editors, and agents. Whether you’re chairing a committee, recruiting speakers for an event, or proofreading the magazine, your efforts make our programs sing. Our volunteers are the backbone of ASJA.

Here are just a few of the ways you can get involved. Scroll down to complete the volunteer form. A staff member or committee chair will be in touch with more information.
