for the ASJA Newsletter for the 2007 Conference

Submission deadline: February 20th, 2007; the issue will be included in the conference packets, so your ad will reach 600-700 writers, editors, publishers, and agents
Ads are are included at no extra cost
Business Card is 3.5" x 2"
Double Wide Business Card is 7.125" x 2"
Ads should be sent in either .tif, .pdf, or .eps format
If your ad is in .tif format, it should be 300 dpi resolution and the color mode should be Grayscale.
If your ad in .pdf or .eps format contains fonts, they must be converted to outlines in an editing application such as Adobe Illustrator, and use only black.
For larger ads, please contact ASJA's Executive Director at execdir @ asja.org.

To upload your ad, you must first pay. Pay for your ad here and in the payment confirmation page there will be an upload link. If you need to pay by mail and then upload, the upload link is here.

If you need help creating your ad, contact David Mosso at newsletterdesign -at- asja.org. The fee is $50 for a basic ad with source graphics and copy provided by you, payable directly to him.
