Robert Scott Sledge's fourth true-crime book, Dangerous Attraction, was published in May by Kensington. He is also author of the month on the American Crime Writer League's Web site
The Female Athlete's Body Book: Preventing and Treating Sports Injuries In Women and Girls, just published by Contemporary/McGraw-Hill, is Ruth Winter's 34th book. Her co-author is Gloria Beim, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and an elite athlete who is physician to the National Bicycle Team and a consultant to Nautilus. Richard C. Levy's twelfth book, The Toy And Game Inventor's Handbook: Everything You Need To Know to Pitch, License and Cash-In on Your Ideas, is due in June from Penguin Putnam's Alpha Books. Richard's new Route 66: The Great American Road Trip Game is at Toys 'R' Us. He is also the keynoter at the June Summit of the Association of Educational Publishers in Washington, DC

Just released by Facts on File is World War I by long- time member Antoinette Bosco. This is one of a 12-part set of books on America at War. "Originally written by my late son Peter I. Bosco, I accepted the invitation to write this expanded and revised edition to honor him," she says. Her recent book, Choosing Mercy, A Mother of Murder Victims Pleads to End the Death Penalty, received a Christopher Award last year and also the 2002 Pax Christi Award

Daylle Deanna Schwartz's book, All Men Are Jerks Until Proven Otherwise, is being translated for publication in Iran. Daylle writes regularly to the Iranian woman doing the translation and is planning to visit. In February she appeared on John Walsh and was interviewed by Dick Clark on The Other Half to discuss her essay in Newsweek.
