To begin an online application for ASJA membership, you need to create an application account. Choose an ID and Password that you can remember and click submit. (ID and password are not case sensitive.) On the next screen will be a form with several fields to fill in. You need not fill in all the fields in one session. With your ID and Password you can come back as many times asyou want to add or change information before final submission.

Application fee is $50 and does not count toward the $75 initiation fee.

Applications not submitted within 90 days of account creation will be purged from the database.
